Terms of Service

I expect the commissioner (referred to here as "you") to read through my Terms of Service (referred to as "ToS") before requesting a commission (Don't worry, it's not too long). The commissioner understands that by violating these ToS their commission will be cancelled immediately.I hold the right to change prices from time to time. This will not affect the commission process.I hold the right to decline a commission for whatever reason, and I need not disclose the reasons for such measures as they may be for my safety or the commissioners own safety.

I will draw content for only those fandoms of which I am personally a part of OR am aware and approving on.Furries and NSFW are not my expertise, however, I am not against drawing them. Simply be aware that these may not be as high quality as my other works.I will not draw or design characters that appropriate or fetishize features, clothing, or traditions associated with a culture or ethnicity outside of my own.

| Ordering |

  • I require CLEAR visual reference for a commission. I won't work from characters and art that you don't own. Don't send me anyone's character or art and ask me to copy it UNLESS you made it or own it.

  • If you wish to receive a certain size canvas, please request that beforehand.

  • I post my work on my social media and/ or portfolio, and I have free use of the pieces. If you wish to keep your commission private, please state this when ordering.

  • Completion time of a commission NOT IN QUEUE ranges from a few weeks to two months. This will vary depending on the demand of my schoolwork and day job. Remember: art is not my day job.

| Payment & Changes |

  • Payment is made upfront through Cash App OR Venmo (USD) after I have confirmed your order.

  • Changes can be requested on your piece up to and during the sketch stage.

  • After you have approved of the sketch, only minor changes can be made

  • Major changes will come with a small additional fee dependent on changes made.

  • Mistakes made by me as the artist will be changes with no additional cost, so please don't be scared to point them out.

  • I do not accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment.

| Process |

  • I will update you throughout the drawing process so that you can make sure the piece is continuously to your liking. The process will be as follows:

  • Sketch process: here you will be able to make major changes such as positioning, detail, accessories, expressions, etc.

  • Line Art: Here you will be able to make SOME major changes such as hair, expression, or accessories. At this point, you will not be able to change posing or major wardrobe.

  • Flat colors: at this point you may not change any major things, but you may still request certain lighting angels, color pallets, etc. This will, likely, be the final update before the finished piece.

  • Full color: This will be the final product. You may request MINOR lighting or shading adjustments but that is it.

  • If for whatever reason the progress is delayed, I will inform you. You are always free to request an update if you don't hear from me.

  • If you wish to have the piece finished by a certain deadline, you will need to request that before. Deadlines of 2 weeks or less will have additional fees depending on the time the deadline allows for work.

| Cancelling & Refunds |

  • I hold the right to cancel a commission should you not respect the ToS.

  • Refunds will not be made after the piece has moved past the sketch stage.

  • You will receive a full refund (at whatever stage in the art process I am in) if I, the artist, will not be able to complete the commissioned piece.

| Copyright |

  • I hold the copyright to all art I make.

  • When commissioning me, you acknowledge that I have the right to post and alter the work on my portfolio and social media accounts.

  • The commission will be for personal use ONLY. No commercial use, reselling, or reuse for any sort of profit without due credit OR unless we have explicitly discussed otherwise.

  • You are allowed to repost the finished piece on your social media As long as you properly credit me and do not claim the art to be your own.

  • You are always allowed to use the piece for personal/ non commercial use.

  • Never remove the watermark off of the art.

  • I do not allow my art to be turned into/sold as/minted as an NFT, or be associated with any blockchains.

  • You are free to commission or create as much art of the design as you would like. Just do not claim that you created the design.

  • If you commission one of my personal characters or a previous design created by me, you will get a 20% discount.
